Job description

We’re looking for an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to lead and support enterprise finance implementations across Oracle Fusion ERP and E-Business Suite. This role focuses on delivering scalable, compliant, and efficient finance solutions while ensuring business continuity through strong functional ownership and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle support to deliver end-to-end finance solutions that align with best practices and evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Fusion Finance implementations including planning, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment

  • Provide functional and technical expertise across core finance modules to meet business requirements

  • Deliver post-production support, resolving application issues in coordination with IT, DBA, and Oracle support teams

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and user experience

  • Conduct CRP, UAT, training, and data migration activities for new implementations and enhancements

  • Ensure adherence to application change management, testing, and deployment standards

  • Maintain data security, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational IT policies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field

  • 8–11 years of experience in Oracle Finance across Fusion and EBS

  • Strong expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, iExpenses, and Tax

  • Minimum of 5 end-to-end Oracle Finance implementations

  • Experience supporting complex, long-term Oracle Finance projects

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience working in integrated, multi-cultural environments
