The client, a licensed bank in Bermuda, sought to boost revenue and support expansion by modernizing its analytics and BI capabilities in the post-COVID landscape. Two major challenges were at the forefront: the extensive under-utilization of existing dashboards and BI tools, and fragmented data stored across multiple isolated platforms.
