Ajay Oommen, a former key player on the global leadership team at Shell Trading in London, served as the Head of the Crude Oil Trading Desk for Africa, the Mediterranean, and India. Leading teams dispersed across London, the Bahamas, Mumbai, and Lagos, he orchestrated the daily trading of approximately 1.5 million barrels of crude oil, equivalent to roughly a billion dollar a day. During his impactful tenure, Ajay played a pivotal role in the implementation of structured financing, spearheaded automation projects, and executed numerous innovative growth deals within the Oil & Gas sector. After an enriching 2 decade long journey at Shell Trading, Ajay Oommen departed in 2023. He has previously lived and worked in Middle East.

Andy Bien worked in the air cargo and airport management sectors at the Hong Kong International Airport for the past 20 years. As the former Chief Information Officer of the Hong Kong Airport Authority, he was responsible for strategic technology planning and execution at one of the most efficient airports in the world.
As the Chief Digital Officer of Global Aviation of Huawei Technologies, Andy Bien has travelled extensively in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe regions to share his insights on the importance of connectivity, platforms, and AI in aiding aviation partners to become more resilient and sustainable.
He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University Canada and an MSc in Communication Engineering from Imperial College UK.
